Being in nature reduces stress levels, improves wellbeing, inspires creativity and connection to self and the wider world. Even better if you can get your hands into the soil and contribute to a game-changing project.

More Than Team Building

Here at Farm My School we offer a range of experiences, for small to large groups, from two hours to year-long volunteering programs. We can tailor your experience to the needs of your team or organisation.

This is more than team building – these gatherings on the farm are immersive, hands-on experiences and designed to feed the mind, body and soul. It is a return to the natural rhythm of life, and a breather from the digital space.

Our sessions hosted at either Farm My School Colac or Bellarine, enable you to:

  • Build cohesion and connection within your team or group
  • Get out from the everyday into nature, to inspire big-picture thinking and connection
  • Provide a structured volunteering experience for your group or workforce
  • Learn powerful principles about regeneration that can be applied at home and work
  • Be inspired by our story of turning an empty patch of land into a visionary blueprint for community-based food production
  • Get your hands dirty – literally – and contribute to this innovative project
  • Pick your own ingredients and enjoy a meal freshly prepared onsite using the produce from the market garden

Every experience is built around our framework.

PLACE: Working regenerative farms built within schools.
PADDOCK: Get hands-on with seasonal tasks such as weeding, composting, planting and harvesting.
PITCH: Hear from students, teachers and our team about the social impact of Farm My School. Real stories. Real systems change.
