Refund policy

We want you to love your Farm My School produce and items. We strive for fresh garden to you produce, that's locally grown using regenerative farming methods. Revenue from our produce boxes are reinvested back into the program to ensure quality fresh produce is available to the school community. However, if you're unsatisfied for any reason, let us know. 

Fresh produce 

We offer exchanges or full refunds within 30 days of picking up your produce box. Please get in touch with our team to discuss your order. 

Clothing and merch

We offer exchanges or full refunds within 30 days.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging.
Return requests should be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please get in touch with the team to determine your most convenient drop off location (either the partner location you picked it up from or returned to the team at the school market garden).
