What is a Farm-based Team Building Experience?
Farm My School runs hands-on team building experiences on working regenerative market gardens built inside school grounds on the Bellarine Peninsula and in Colac, both within easy reach of Melbourne and Geelong. We work with corporates, small businesses and community groups of all sizes.
We can tailor your experience to the needs of your team, workplace, organisation or group.
Sessions run from two-hour visits to full-day experiences, and we tailor the program to your group's size, goals and schedule. Whether that's a small business team day, a leadership offsite, a whole-department volunteering day, or a recurring corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.
This is more than team building – these gatherings on the farm are immersive, hands-on experiences, regenerative centred and designed to feed the mind, body and soul. Unlike a typical indoor team building activity, every experience here is hands-on and outdoors: your group works together on real, seasonal farm tasks that feed real school communities.
It's team building that leaves something behind.
It is a return to the natural rhythm of life, and a breather from the digital space.
